Charles W. Krueger, Ph.D. -- Chief Executive Officer and Founder
With more than 25 years of software engineering experience, Dr. Charles Krueger is a thought leader in the SPL field and has helped establish some of the industry's most acclaimed SPL practices. Dr. Krueger is instrumental in the International SPL Conferences, has presented at Dr. Dobbs Architecture & Design World, SD Best Practices and OOPSLA conferences, and moderates the SoftwareProductLines.com website. He was an invited author for the CACM and was featured in a Dr. Dobbs podcast spotlighting SPLs. Dr. Krueger received his PhD in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Glenn Meter -- Vice President of Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Glenn Meter oversees the ongoing architecture development and evolution of BigLever Software's Gears solution. Prior to BigLever, Meter worked as Director of Development Environments for Metrowerks, a subsidiary of Freescale Semiconductor. There he managed the development of the company's CodeWarrior IDE and oversaw the PowerParts framework development. Meter began his career in software tools development at Carnegie Mellon University.
Cathy Martin -- Marketing Director
As a 20-year marketing veteran, Cathy Martin has created high impact marketing and communications strategies for a spectrum of technology startup companies. As both a senior manager and marketing consultant, Martin has helped companies define and execute ground-floor marketing plans. Previously, Martin held management positions at Vignette Corporation and Pervasive Software. As an adjunct professor, she developed the first MBA entrepreneurial marketing course at St. Edwards University. Her background includes a B.B.A. and post-graduate work in marketing and communications at the University of Mississippi.
Randall Meriwether -- Vice President of Sales
Randy Meriwether has 20 years experience as a senior executive and sales manager for technology startups and mid-sized enterprise software companies. As Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at Pantellos, a supply chain technology company, Meriwether helped position the company for acquisition by Perfect Commerce. Meriwether received his B.S. in Environmental Science from Texas A&M.
