The Gears Evaluation Program includes three options, designed to facilitate your product evaluation and decision process. Each of these evaluations can be personalized to meet your specific evaluation and success criteria.

Pilot Deployment

BigLever's Pilot Deployment offers you an opportunity to gain detailed, hands-on experience with industry-leading software product line methods and techniques. This option features a complete package of on-site consulting services (typically 5 to 10 days) to help you refine and validate your deployment plan and to exercise Gears in your environment. Successful completion of this evaluation option establishes your foundation for full deployment. Cost is based on a daily rate and the number of pilot days.

Getting Started Package

The Getting Started Package provides an intense, accelerated approach for creating a tangible, small-scale pilot project that serves as the catalyst for learning and change within your organization. The Getting Started Package – a $10,000 value – is $5,000 and includes:

• 3 days of onsite pilot project development and consulting
• 1/2 day each of interactive offsite preparation and post-processing to summarize results
• Satisfaction Guarantee: Cost of the package is refundable if you are not 100% satisfied

Free Gears “Laser” Evaluation

The Gears “Laser” Evaluation – a no-cost option – is designed to take a “laser focus” on your specific Gears evaluation and success criteria. We provide remote support via e-mail, checklist, WebEx and telephone to help you create and optimize your evaluation objectives. We also set up checkpoints during the evaluation period (typically one week) to ensure that you receive the personalized guidance you need to be 100% successful in achieving your evaluation goals.
